NHIE Tampa has teamed up with local brand Tidal Boar Ginger Beer and Roux for a unique cocktail tasting experience.

The mixologists at Roux are crafting up three different recipes using locally made Tidal Boar Ginger Beer. You will have the chance to taste all three and vote for your favorite. While sipping on the cocktail options, enjoy bites from Anise Global Gastrobar.

The crowd favorite along with expert opinion will be used to determine the winning cocktail. After Startup Week, you will be able to find this drink on Roux's cocktail menu when you visit them on MacDill in South Tampa.
