Paul Ponzica

 Paul Ponzica is the Market Manager for Business Banking in West Florida and Jacksonville. His market is comprised of Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota and Jacksonville Florida. His team is responsible for acquiring, retaining and deepening business banking relationships with annual revenues between $1mm and $20mm for Chase Bank. Ponzica’s team is charged with providing integrated depository, cash management, reporting and lending solutions to their clients. Prior to his current role, Ponzica was the Business Banking Area Manager for Central Texas. Before joining Chase, Ponzica managed Small Business Banking for Wachovia Bank in Austin and San Antonio Texas. In this role, his team of relationship managers and support staff delivered advice and solutions to business clients with annual revenues up to $5mm.

From 2000-2006, Ponzica was the Senior Vice President/Regional Sales Manager for Bank of America Card Services. He managed several markets in this role including Texas, Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. His team delivered commercial credit card and merchant service solutions to business banking and commercial clients. A Texas native, Ponzica started his banking career in 1994 at Bank of America in Houston, Texas. He held numerous positions within retail banking and was a district manager that oversaw Houston’s in-store branch program before turning his focus towards business clients. Ponzica has been actively involved in the community throughout his career.

He has been involved in numerous Leadership Forums, advisory boards and leadership positions. Ponzica holds a BBS from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Paul and his wife Sharon have two children, Ryan and Lauren, and live in Tampa, Florida.

Grant Baxley
R. Grant Baxley is the president, CEO and lead visionary of TeleVoIPs, LLC. Grant
created TeleVoIPs, a local hosted voice company in 2009 as a service offering under 
his first company, Infinity Computer Solutions. Grant has 10+ years of experience 
running small businesses and positioned his IT business to be sold in 2014 to focus on 
TeleVoIPs. He has a passion for technology and aims to always stay on the leading 
edge in the telecom industry.

Dan Caccamo

Dan's focuses are creating brands, company culture, and using technology and marketing to improve efficiency.

His experience includes CPG Sales & Shopper Marketing, Dairy Marketing, Project 
Management, Non-Profit Leadership, and Digital Marketing pioneer.
While there was plenty to learn from the leadership at Proctor & Gamble, Union Carbide, 
Clorox, and Pactiv (Dan received the “Best of the Best” Leadership Award at Clorox
in 2003). Dan prioritized the need to continually expand his experience and education 
through a variety of industries and functional areas leading to Director of Innovation 
and Insights (Dairy), Non-Profits (Florida Impact, and Action for Healthy Kids), Business 
Consulting, and being a partner at CONVERTANT, plus mentoring at business incubators; 
StartUp Quest, and Tampa Bay WaVE. 
Dan currently serves on several Non-Profit Boards focused on reducing food insecurity, 
health & wellness emphasizing nutrition. 
Dan lives in Saint Petersburg, Florida with his wife, and children. As an advocate of work/life
balance he is always scheduling time to exercise and as a fan of cooking always consumes 
nutritious foods.
